Rentals at Clinch River Farms directly support our summer camps, after school programs, and community events. By staying on property, you are supporting our local economy, and making a difference in the lives of children.

Overnight Accomodations
Tent Camping
There are multiple locations available for tent camping at Clinch River Farms. Top of the mountain, riverside, or in the woods. Bring your own tent.

Camper Hookups
There are two sites with camper hookups. There is rain water, sewer, and 30 amp breakers. Bring your own camper and enjoy the wonderful farm

The Tiny Green Cabin
This one room, tiny cabin loft will sleep up to four. This cabin is off the grid, offering solar energy, rain water, and public access to a bathroom with an outdoor shower. This location is pet friendly, and is perfect for someone wanting to experience camping, in a more permanent accommodation.

Wilderness Campground
The Wilderness Campground is home to Mama Bear, Papa Bear, and Baby Bear Campers. These rustic accommodations are right on the river, and include a pet-friendly porch, outdoor dining area, and grill. They are located around a shared playground and picnic area. This location is perfect for family reunions, or get-togethers. Mama Bear and Papa Bear each sleep six individuals, and Baby Bear accommodates five.

The Treehouse
Our newest addition, The Treehouse opened in April. It will accomadate eight people. Featurimg a full size kitchen with a cozy living room. It comes with a spectatular view of the Clinch River from the deck.

Hickory Suite
This Suite is a condo-style accommodation located within the Clinch River Inn. Sleeping eleven individuals, this private and spacious rental includes a living room, kitchen area, bathroom with shower, fireplace.. Hickory Suite is ADA accessible, with a large, walk-out, ground-level porch, chairs, playground, and gazebo.
$125/Night for two individuals, additional charge of $10/person/night for up to 9 additional persons.

Journey Cabin - Off Grid
The original rental property at Clinch River Farms, Journey Cabin is the Heart of the organization. This Cabin sleeps up to 12, and is completely off the grid. It runs off of solar panels, rain water, and renewable energy. This one of a kind location has a private bedroom to sleep two, and a loft to sleep 10. Located in the middle of the woods, it overlooks the Clinch River and the Norfolk Southern Railroad, and includes a private playground and firepit for guests. This is our honeymoon cabin, included in the wedding packages.
$125/Night for two individuals, additional charge of $10/person/night for up to 10 additional persons.
The Cottage
The Cottage is Glamping at its finest! This beautiful three bedroom, private, two-story home sleeps up to 11. With air conditioning, a wrap around porch overlooking the river, and farmhouse decor, this rental is the highlight of the farm.
$160/Night for up to six individuals, additional charge of $10/person/night for up to 5 additional persons.
